Cat Ba Love House - Xuan Dam

The location of this hotel is simply stunning, surrounded by pure nature. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the rooms and relax in the middle of a green garden. the staff is super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. the rooms are clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay.

The poor internet signal in some rooms can be frustrating for business travelers.

We loved the tranquil location, away from the city hustle. The delicious restaurant, friendly host family, and comfortable rooms were perfect for our family. The included breakfast with good coffee was a great start to the day. Scooters for rent made it easy to explore the city and national park.

The hosts were warm and cute, going above and beyond to make our stay lovely. The food at their restaurant was delicious and the views from our room were amazing. Even though the internet signal was poor in one room and there were some privacy issues, overall we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

During my recent transit in Xuan Dam, I stayed at Cat Ba Love House. Despite it being a brief stay, the hotel provided a convenient location as it was only 45 km away from the nearest airport. This made my travel arrangements much easier and saved me time for catching my connecting flights.

While my stay at Cat Ba Love House was pleasant overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. the illumination in the backyard was quite poor, making it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the evening.

The room at Cat Ba Love House was cozy and comfortable. We absolutely loved the private bathroom with a bidet and hairdryer. It made our stay feel luxurious, like we were pampering ourselves. The balcony in our twin room offered a nice view and a great spot to relax. it was a perfect retreat for our young family.

While everything was great, we personally didn't need the air conditioning in our double room. But hey, we know some guests might appreciate it.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy accommodation. The bungalows were cute and clean, and the owner was lovely. She cooked delicious meals every night if we wanted. The hotel had everything we needed, including beer, water, and food. We were able to rent scooters for a reasonable price and quickly get to the nearby city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we met many other nice backpackers. The rooms had hot water and the hotel was well-maintained. The free breakfast and water refill station were added bonuses. a great experience.

the love house in cat ba was beyond amazing! surrounded by nature, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff. the hangout area with pool and delicious food made our stay unforgettable. also, renting a scooter was a great way to explore the island. highly recommend!

The location of this place is absolutely incredible, surrounded by beautiful nature and nestled in the mountains. The rooms, made from old shipping containers, have big windows that give you amazing views of the garden. Another great thing about this place is that it's away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but still only a short scooter or drive away. The family who runs the place is so lovely and welcoming, and they speak excellent English. They are always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable.

There were a few minor downsides to my stay here. the bed was quite hard, but I quickly realized that it's common on the island.

The room at Cat Ba Love House was perfect for my stay. It had a private bathroom with a bidet and a hairdryer, which was super convenient. The twin room also had a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were nice touches too. I felt comfortable and at home in the room.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the mountain view in the apartment. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might still enjoy it.
